Enspire Learning Wins Bronze Brandon Hall Learning Award

SAN FRANCISCO – Nov. 4, 2010 – Enspire Learning, a leader in innovative learning, won a bronze Brandon Hall award for excellence in the Best Use of Games for Learning category.

Enspire’s winning solution was a simulation-based program developed for USAA entitled “Behind the Numbers: Building Financial Strength.” Program participants complete Enspire’s Fluent in Finance curriculum as pre-work for the two-day classroom event. During the first day of the program, participants guide a virtual company through a dynamic marketplace in Business Challenge, a multiplayer, team-based simulation designed to build financial acumen. Teams of three or four participants each compete against one another to gain market cap. Turns of simulation play are enhanced by debriefs that tie learning back to USAA’s goals.

Dana Point, Ca. Sept. 28 — Enspire Learning received two prestigious Learning in Practice awards today from Chief Learning Officer magazine. Enspire Learning was awarded Gold for Excellence in E-learning and Silver for Excellence in Social Learning.

The Gold Excellence in E-learning Award recognized Enspire’s work with Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurers (PRI). The winning course combines instructional content with a branching conversation simulation to improve doctor-patient communication skills.

Casual Game Teaches Budgeting Skills
