History
Enspire Learning was founded in 2001 with the mission to provide organizations with effective and engaging learning experiences. While pursuing his MBA at Harvard Business School, Bjorn Billhardt struggled to understand some basic concepts of macroeconomic policy. He teamed with Enspire Learning co-founders Ben Glazer and Seth Caplan to build a simple simulation that would illustrate economic concepts and let him – and others – experiment with economic variables outside of the fast-paced classroom. His professor liked the simulation enough to recommend it to other students, and soon Bjorn’s fellow MBA students were clamoring for more. Bjorn, Ben, and Seth knew they had found a powerful formula for developing engaging interactive learning; Enspire was born.
Enspire has since become a recognized leader in the creation of transformative learning experiences, trusted by the world’s leading organizations to deliver leadership and management development programs and to build custom e-learning and simulations.
