Enspire Wins Top 10 Training Award
Austin, Texas - September 30, 2002 - Enspire Learning, a leader in interactive e-learning content, today announced that its Supply Chain Simulation product was named one of the "Top 10 Training Products of 2002" by Human Resource Executive, a premier publication for HR executives.
Enspire Learning won the "Top 10" award for its Supply Chain Simulation due to its innovative take on developing online training. "We devote a significant amount of time to this process and selected [the] product from a solid field of candidates," said David Shadovitz, Editor-in-Chief of Human Resource Executive.
The simulation uses animation and cinematic scenarios as well as interactive game elements that make the learning experience engaging and memorable. Learners apply their skills in a simulated environment and receive instant feedback on how well they've mastered the material.
This may sound like child's play, but students from the Harvard Business School and economists at the World Bank who have been using this and other Enspire simulations would disagree. At Harvard, where Enspire rolled out an interactive application for incoming MBAs this summer, students describe Enspire's technique as both fun and informative. "I have been through numerous online learning courses, and yours was the best I have ever seen - bar none," says Eric Perry, a first-year student at Harvard Business School.
"We are very grateful for the award and the resonance we find in the marketplace for our unique interactive courses and simulations," said Bjorn Billhardt, CEO of Enspire Learning. "This award and our continued success shows that more and more companies and institutions see the true value in high-quality online education."
