Standing Positions

Working at Enspire Learning is rewarding and challenging. We care deeply about our clients and our employees, and we are seeking smart, motivated people to join our team of learning innovators.

Our work at Enspire is project-based. When a new project comes through, we may hire new talent from a pool of people who excite us. Our "standing positions" are positions for which we may not have an immediate need, but for which we are interviewing in anticipation of new projects.

The Application Process

Finding new talent is one of Enspire's top priorities. Our team leads look closely at every résumé, portfolio, and writing sample. Our interview process is both rigorous and fun. Interviews can include creative exercises, role plays, and more. We try to have stimulating conversations that will help us identify people who can be innovative, who understand customer needs, and with whom it will be a joy to work.
