Bjorn Billhardt Serves as Convocation Speaker at the University of Texas
AUSTIN, TX – May 20, 2006 – Enspire Learning’s founder and CEO addressed an audience of Plan II Honors graduates, parents, and faculty from the University of Texas at Austin. The commencement ceremony was held at 9 a.m. in the Hogg Memorial Auditorium.
Bjorn Billhardt is an alumnus of the prestigious Plan II Honors program, and a graduate of Harvard Business School. Billhardt spoke of uncertainty and opportunities, and the convoluted journey he took from the University of Texas to founding Enspire Learning. He shared the stage with student speaker, James Riddlesperger, as well as a traditional mariachi band.
Billhardt closed his speech saying, “Never in your life will you have so much opportunity in front of you, so many different paths to choose from, so much uncertainty, but so much promise and excitement, as you have here – right now – today during this ceremony.”
