Navigating the shoals of home ownership can be a challenge for first-time buyers. Enspire worked with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to develop a consumer-facing experience to increase understanding of responsible homebuyer behaviors. The program helps the homebuyer from the initial decision, regarding whether to purchase a home, through the first year of ownership. FTHB is a 60-minute program housed on the Wells Fargo website that includes video, motion graphics, still photography, infographics, and interactive components to aid in consumer education. The course was developed in HTML5 for smartphones and is fully WCAG-compliant.
