From our initial research, we develop a design approach that outlines all the aspects of the development—the type of simulation that best suits your business requirement, a feedback strategy, technical requirements, and the level of fidelity.

Once the basic assumptions have been clarified, we rapidly develop a working prototype that sketches key portions of the final application—allowing you to interact with the simulated world and provide us feedback on how to tune the simulation. For some simulations, we first create a playable paper prototype. Using tokens, poker chips, and lots of notepads, we verify that our simulation concept offers an engaging experience that aligns with learning objectives. Through a series of iterative reviews modeled on our standard custom e-learning development process, we’ll work with you to deliver a simulation that can drive real results to your organization.
