Enspire Studios Wins Gold and Silver 2013 CLO Learning In Practice Awards

AUSTIN, TX – Oct. 14, 2013 – Enspire Studios, a custom development studio specializing in online training, games, and simulations, has won a Gold and a Silver 2013 CLO Learning In Practice Award. Enspire Studios was awarded the Gold Excellence in Content Award for its accomplishments in creating superior learning content, and the Silver Excellence in Gaming and Simulations Award for its accomplishments in the design and delivery of interactive learning programs.

The Gold Excellence in Content Award recognized the online learning experience Enspire Studios created for Dell to bolster brand engagement and awareness among all Dell employees worldwide.

The Silver Excellence in Gaming and Simulations Award recognized Enspire Studios’ work with ConAgra Foods to develop an intensive, one-day experiential learning program to introduce managers across all business functions to selected parts of the Managing People Essentials (MPE) integrated talent management process. The solution that Enspire developed for ConAgra Foods is known as “Managing Talent for Results” – a custom game based on a simulated talent management scenario.

The 2013 Learning In Practice Awards were announced at special awards ceremonies during the Fall 2013 Chief Learning Officer Symposium in Palm Springs, Calif., which attracted more than 300 top corporate learning executives from around the world to discuss long-term learning strategies for creating and sustaining high performance.
