Enspire Wins Six in Horizon Interactive Awards Competition
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – May 15, 2009 – The Horizon Interactive Awards, a leading international interactive media awards competition, announced the 2009 award winners to highlight this year’s “best of the best” in interactive media production.
Enspire Learning was recognized for their excellence with six awards across the Training, Consumer Information, Video/Short Film, and Public Service categories.
Enspire received the following entries:
- Best of Category (Training) for AACN’s “Promoting Excellence in Palliative and End-of-Life Care”
- Gold Award (Consumer Information) for CIGNA’s “It’s Time to Think Differently”
- Gold Award (Video/Short Film) for the “Executive Challenge Trailer”
- Gold Award (Video/Short Film) for “Who is Enspire Learning?”
- Bronze Award (Public Service/Non-Profit) for Doorways to Dreams Fund’s “Celebrity Calamity”
- Bronze Award (Public Service/Non-Profit) for CIGNA’s “Why Water?”
“Enspire is honored to receive six Horizon Awards this year. It is rewarding to see our work in developing highly interactive and creative programs getting top industry recognition,” said Bjorn Billhardt, Enspire CEO.
The eighth annual, international competition saw just over 2000 entries from 32 countries around world including: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, China, Croatia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Martinique, Mexico, Oman, New Zealand, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, Turkey, and nearly all 50 of the United States of America. An international panel of judges, consisting of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, as well as an end user panel evaluated 19 different categories ranging from online advertising to video games. The 2009 winning entries showcase the industry’s best interactive media solutions including web sites, CDs and DVDs, online ads, video and more.
