WELCOME TO OUT OF BOUNDS!

We here Enspire Learning would like to welcome you to Austin and the Out of Bounds Improv Festival.

Who the hell is Enspire?

Excellent question. We are an e-learning company. In essence, we hire the most creative, intelligent, and talented people we can find, and we create online learning programs for companies, schools, government agencies - you name it.

We're a growing, healthy start-up company here in Austin right next to the Dog and Duck pub - where we have many, many meetings

Why should I care?

We may want to hire you. We're always on the look out for top quality writers, programmers, multimedia designers, and project managers. We've already hired four or five regular improvisers at the Hideout, maybe we'll hire more if we don't get sick of you people.

Check out our homepage or jump straight to our jobs site.

Aspects of working at Enspire:

Get to be your normal creative self and can still pay your rent.

Work with some of the most intelligent, professional, innovative, and fun people in Austin - including improvisers, film makers, playwrights, musicians, game developers, actors, and artists.

Help develop courses and simulations about evil sales nemeses, medical terminology superheroes, UFOs that teach angles, mystical lands of woeful project management, and wild statistics-filled Hawaiian island adventures - well, they aren't that wild.

Work within 20 yards of the Dog and Duck pub (That's right - THE Dog and Duck pub).

We employ neither pirates nor ninjas. They are not to be trusted and are poor e-learning developers.

Recently I found myself at work dancing around in a turkey hat to 80's music and asking the Pirate 8 Ball if I will ever find inspiration from a lame customer suggestion. I had to stop and ask myself, 'Wait... am I in a scene?' Cynthia Oelkers - Content Developer / Improviser

You know those ads for the Marine Corps where they make it look like if you want to be a marine, you have to climb a tower of whirling blades and slay a giant lava monster with a broadsword? Enspire is like that, but you really do have to slay a giant lava monster. It's easier than it looks, though. Curtis Luciani - Enspire Fellow / Actor / Playwright

Please stop following me. I don't care if you have free candy Reginald VelJohnson - Enspire Learning Advocate / Mr. Winslow
