Executive Challenge™ Fluent in Finance™

Our Business Leadership Program puts your emerging leaders through Executive Challenge™, a simulation in which they must launch and manage a virtual company under the critical eye of an Executive Board. To succeed, teams must go far beyond managing their companies by the numbers and create effective communication and decision-making processes that leverage the strengths of each individual while shaping a dynamic new market. Our Business Leadership Program also includes Fluent in Finance™, an online course that teaches non-financial managers to gauge the effects of their decisions on the company’s bottom line.
