Our Solution

Management Challenge™ is a leadership development simulation that allows first-time managers to practice communicating with employees, delegating projects, and managing employee engagement. The experience combines a computer-based simulation, role-play exercises, and video vignettes that ask managers to solve critical management challenges and interact with fictional employees. Video vignettes bring learning to life as managers see the impact their decisions have on their employees. Facilitated debriefs allow learners to reflect on their experiences. Management Challenge is a full-day experience that can integrate seamlessly into any leadership development program.
