High Potential Leader Development

A strong leadership pipeline is vital for long-term organizational success. The High Potential Leader Development Program helps your rising stars fine-tune their business acumen and leadership skills. The program kicks off with a thorough review of a 360 assessment.

Then, participants are immersed into the Executive Challenge simulation where they will work as a team to create a strategy and run a simulated business in a competitive marketplace. Rounds of play are alternated with targeted instructor-led modules where they will discuss essential leadership skills in-depth.

Upon completion of the program, participants will return to their jobs with a clear vision of the organization's goals and a plan for how to execute them.
