Executive Challenge is part of a session called "Leading the Business" in the Leadership Excellence Series (LES) for top level executives at a leading packaged food company, and it is organized in conjunction with Korn/Ferry. During the simulation, participants focus on exploring the competitive landscape and linking strategy and execution to results.
