1) Too often, courses present a bunch of didactic information before offering a practice opportunity. Cathy Moore explains a better way. We often refer to this at “try, then learn.” Let the learner try. Let them make mistakes. Let them learn from those mistakes. Then, wrap it up with a nice didactic debrief. Can we all agree to start doing that more often?
