Enspire teamed with Cigna to design and develop an innovative and engaging learning experience that educates employees about change; helps them identify their “change style” and empowers and motivates them to take actions during transitions that have positive and successful outcomes.
With a pending merger, Cigna was undergoing a lot of change. Employees were uneasy and uncertain; and had concerns about job security, increasing workloads, finances, and learning new skills. To help employees survive and thrive during the transition, Cigna University wanted to create a learning experience based on the Prosci book, Employee’s Survival Guide to Change by Jeffrey Hiatt.
Enspire teamed with Cigna University to prepare employees for the approaching changes and help them thrive during the transition. Enspire developed an engaging and upbeat learning experience that adapts to each individual user’s responses. The program includes short, inviting, micro-learning opportunities that allow employees to engage with bite-sized pieces of information and activities at their own pace. The program introduced employees to the pending changes, identified their “change style” and walked them through the transition before, during, and after the changes.
