Enspire worked with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to develop a consumer-facing learning experience to increase promote responsible homebuyer behaviors. The program educates and assists homebuyers from the initial purchase decision, through the first year of ownership.
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is a leader in providing information and tools for first-time homebuyers. They have documents accessible on the Wells Fargo website, online click-through lessons, and print-based materials. Yet they recognized that there was no “one-stop shop” available online covering the home buying process for first-time home buyers. Wells Fargo asked Enspire to develop an online, consumer-facing educational module that filled this need.
Enspire developed MyFirstHome, a rich consumer-facing experience that increases understanding of responsible home buyer behaviors. MyFirstHome is a 60-minute program on the Wells Fargo website that includes video, motion graphics, still photography, infographics, and interactive components to aid in consumer education. The responsive course was authored in HTML5 and is fully WCAG compliant for accessibility.
