Enspire Earns 2020 “CSO50 Security Awareness and Training” Award

10 Oct

Enspire Learning’s innovative threat-awareness learning experience, developed with client partner Prudential Financial has been recognized by CSO as a 2020 CSO50 award winner in the Security Awareness and Training category.

The annual award recognizes the top 50 world-class security projects and initiatives demonstrating outstanding business value and thought leadership. A judging committee including CSOs, industry experts, and academics work together to select the winners. Enspire is proud to be honored as one of teams driving innovation in security awareness and training.

Prudential partnered with Enspire to create The Workplace Threat Management Challenge: Recognizing the Pathway to Violence, an engaging learning experience created to educate and motivate employees to recognize and report behaviors of concern observed in the workplace. The interactive story-based learning experience uses graphic-novel style illustrations, and game-like features through which learners/players enter a virtual work environment and accept the challenge of becoming a “preventer.”

“The entire learning experience is designed to increase personal awareness of warning signs, such as behavioral red flags, that can precede a violent event, and empower employees to take steps to identify and appropriately report behaviors of concern,” explains Craig Dadoly, Enspire Managing Director. “The content was a perfect fit for storytelling in a graphic-novel style.”

Enspire is a custom learning design agency, helping organizations reimagine learning by creating memorable, engaging, transformative learning experiences.
